Really good, new customer here. Took our liitoe dsh cat who had dental issues, was equated a ridiculous price by old vets so went here on friends recommendation, rui was great diagnosing her, clear, sensible pricing and really great updates from valentina while her operation was underway. A happy cat sat next to me now even with her tooth extractions she's eating blended chicken and causing mayhem in all our builders equipment . Great all round from sanderson vets.

Richard, his team & associated specialists are professional, compassionate, and provide high standards of care. They've looked after my four precious beagles for a number of years, with both major & minor health concerns & supported me too. The reception team are welcoming & friendly, the nurses kind & reassuring & Kayleigh in particular is wonderful at sorting out my many & varied insurance claims. We usually see Richard & appreciate the time he takes explain everything clearly, discussing all treatment options and never making me feel rushed or pressured. Of particular note is the time & effort he put into building a relationship with Kooper who was generally wary of all men & male vets in particular. Thanks to Lucia & Abigail too, who look after my dogs when Richard not available & Tom & Mark for specialist input. I'm incredibly grateful for the care and support we receive, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sanderson Vets.

The best vets around. Sandersons has a brilliant reputation for a reason. It's so reassuring knowing both my pets always get the best care available each time they visit. The team always make us feel so welcome; like part of the family.

My little cat has recently passed, and the team and Sanderson have been nothing but exceptional, from words of support to explanations and being patient whilst i frantically called because my brain was mush. Mac genuinely enjoyed visiting here, and loved everyone he saw. They gave us yearly reminders of when he was due his checkup, and no question was ever too silly. If we ever get another pet, I know where we'll be going.

We been taking our dog Alfie was 4 years now. The staff are always very friendly and make an effort with Alfie although he's not a fan of the vets. I would highly recommend Sanderson vets. Online service is very helpful to order medication as well. Thanks to the team! Jas, Yana & Alfie

Such caring, attentive, thoughtful and knowledgable team. From the reception staff to the vets themselves. Belle my little pooch always looks forward to coming to say hi to everyone. A testament to the wonderful team as she has experienced fear at times. They always go out of their way to make her feel safe. Thanks to an amazing team

We have a Great Dane (John) who’s really nervous in the vet and is also not great with other dogs. They always make him feel as comfortable as they can and will always fit him in at a time there’s no other dogs or he has a path to go through without bumping in to one. They really make a fuss of him. And not only that but provide us with all the information we need, different treatment routes with prices included so there’s no last minute surprises. Definitely feel it’s a vets that cares for John’s wellbeing and not how much money they can get from him and it’s a breath of fresh air. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
