A big thank you to Luke for seeing Ziggy today after he had a run in with a car. You were lovely with Ziggy and the cup of tea waiting for our arrival was such a lovely (and much needed) gesture. A big thank you to the lady on the phone too who was very calming telling us what to do and also checked in on us given the shock. You don’t expect these things to happen but when they do, I couldn’t have asked for a better Vet to be on hand. Thank you so much! Ziggy is having lots of TLC and hopefully all ok.

Horrendous experience where my dying cat was not prioritised- or treated until her last 24 hours . They even made me feel like they weren’t going to pts. Terrible communication, lack of care. And being intimidated ( on cctv ) when trying to advocate for my cat to be seen after trying for days. Sick of ‘professionals’ closing rank to protect their own. My beautiful cat was only given pain relief in the 24 hours before she died. She did suffer and it was their fault. Some terrible vets here, one in particular- to the point that I’m genuinely concerned and want to warn others. Also never refunded my excess from pet insurance. Management only cares about £££ and close ranks to protect their own so zero recourse for complaint. Rest safely now sweet girl- you did not deserve this - and I wish I just walked out of here when I saw who it was controlling everything.

We had to call for emergency out of hours after our dog hurt herself on the beach, whilst we were on holiday. Jo and Maddie met us at the clinic, late on a Saturday night, carried out Xrays and explained everything so clearly. They were so kind and caring we wish we had them back home as our vets. Thank you

We had to call them out of hours on Sunday as our lovely dog was very unwell. Shannon and Louise met us at the practice and were so compassionate and professional. We had to put our lovely boy to sleep but it was done with so much kindness. Everything was explained to us, and what to expect. You were so good with us and helped us at every stage. We will always be thankful for that. Thank you

Selworthy have shown such care and compassion and made the whole process of putting down my cats so much easier. Unfortunately we had to put our cats down within 6 weeks of each other and the empathy and care really helped. One receptionist even got out from her desk to give me a big hug which just made me cry from such a kind gesture! So appreciated in such a sad time and I can't say thank you enough.

Absolutely brilliant vets. They helped our dog when we were on holiday, taking great care of him and making sure he was ok to travel home. We felt instantly assured that he was in safe hands. The vets, nurses and reception staff were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Absolutely amazing vet, veterinary nurses and receptionist . Couldn’t have been more supportive of the dog in my care and myself. Ella was seen straight away on what must have been their lunch break. I have always gone to them. 20+ years for my other pets too. Thankyou for your affinity, love and understanding with Ella . I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thankyou for being there at what was a very upsetting time. Xx
