While on holiday in the area, our dog became unwell and we contacted this veterinary practice for help. From the moment we got in touch, the team were incredibly helpful, caring and professional. They arranged the necessary tests quickly and ensured he received the treatment he needed without delay. Thanks to their prompt attention and expertise, our boy was feeling much better within 24 hours. It was such a relief to have access to such excellent care while we were away from home. I would highly recommend this independent veterinary practice to anyone in need of compassionate and efficient care for their pets. Thank you again to the whole team.

Firstly, the reception staff always offer a warm and friendly welcome. I’ve never had to wait too long for my pets to be seen and the vets are always friendly and helpful too. I’ve previously had a very bad experience with a corporate vet and much prefer to use an independent practice. Southmoor offer a great service; they have a wealth of facilities, local out of hours, their communications are brilliant and their staff are knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Throughly recommended!

My semi-feral cat had his parasite check which is a free service. He was examined thoroughly by lovely vet Emily, given a treat to lick and expertly put back in his basket in a stress free way. I was most impressed.

My dogs are always dealt with in a efficient and professional way, their treatments and conditions are always explained to me and my options. All staff are caring and friendly It's very important to me that my dogs see the vet I request as continuity is of upmost importance.

We were on holiday and arrived as an emergency without an appointment. Warmly welcomed by both the staff and the vet who saw us straight away, the vet was extremely professional, knowledgeable and with a lovely nature. We felt at ease immediately and highly recommend South Moor Vets in Kingsbridge, in fact we already have recommended you to a perfect stranger that we met in Dartmouth for the day who had her own dog and moved to the area 6 months ago! We would definitely spread the word further if we were here longer! Thank you again.
