Cant recommend Michaela highly enough. We had to say goodbye to our gorgeous boy on Sunday and i couldnt have wished for a more peaceful and loving passing for him. His ashes came home yesterday in a beautiful scattertube and box, with his nose and paw prints and fur clippings. She was so caring and compassionate through out and helped us get through one of the worse times of our lives. Thank you so much Michaela xx

Michaela was amazing when we had to say goodbye to our much loved dogs Tilly and Ted. She not only took great care of them, she took great care of us at a devastating time for our family. She cried with us and checked in on a regular basis to make sure we were OK. Highly recommend x

Michaela’s service was absolutely perfect. Cookie was my Angel. A tiny Yorkie that Dementia ravaged. Michaela came to my home and was calm compassionate and professional in equal measure. There was no rush and every question was answered. Cookie was totally relaxed and didn’t feel anything other than love and peace. The polar opposite of being on a time schedule in a surgery. She offers a complete bespoke service from arriving at your home to returning with the ashes if that’s what you choose. You can pick exactly what you want everything is tailored to suit you. Nothing could ever make me feel better but this is truly thee best it could possibly be. I feel even to the very last second Cookie got the best possible loving compassionate service.
