What a truly lovely vet practice this is. They are so very kind, caring and patient. I'd brought my cat in for a checkup a week ago, and discovered she had a painful tooth with exposed nerves. The operation took place today and I'm so grateful for the kindness they showed both my cat and I. They really took time to explain everything carefully to me, and offered a wide range of options for my cats care. I was a bit emotional about having my rescue cat operated on and the nurse was so lovely to me. I wasn't rushed at all. They sent me a photo of my cat post surgery with a message about her recovering well. It was a lovely thoughtful touch. My cat was so well cared for. Everyone who works there is lovely actually. I highly recommend this vet practice and am so glad I've joined them.

I havs used these vets in the past. The veterinary care was good, the administration was appalling. The administration was poorly organised and most of the reception were rude. The person who deal with the insurance was extremely rude and aggressice when wanting payment, my insurance always paid promtly. I wiuld never use this practice again based on the administration.

AVOID! Went on Friday with a heavy bleeding pet to see a vet. He said it's the teeth, prescribed medication and said make at the reception an urgent appointment for surgery to pull 6. So, the lovely receptionist gave me an appointment for 10 days later!!! The vet came and gave me an available appointment for Monday. Cody was unable to write my name or address correctly, nor to greet us. Saturday the bleeding was so bad that we had to go back. Different vet, not his teeth, but a mouth ulcer! New medication. .. So, on Monday we went again, same receptionist. Again, could not be bothered to say hello. I asked her for a worming pill for my other pet and how much it would be. Her answer: £52 vet + £12 for the pill. When I spoke with Claire, it became clear, that Again that lovely receptionist Cody could not or did not want to give me the right price or to do her job. Another blood test. Whilst Claire is a good vet, we will register with another vet, where clients are being treated respectfully and not being pestered away by a frustrated person at the reception, who seems to hate her job and will run down this practice. £500 and no results. This practice is a disgrace and rip off.

Superb experience yesterday. Our reactive rescue dog, Molly, was spayed by Claire. The staff team were marvellous and so understanding of Molly’s needs. Also, she had a full MOT whilst under the anaesthetic. Everything was explained to us and the staff team were all so kind, patient and professional. Thank you.

We recently and very unfortunately had to have our 17 almost 18 year old boy peanut put to sleep and I couldn’t of asked for a better vet. She gave us an emergency appointment after he suffered 2 seizures and was so kind throughout the whole process and afterwards too. Thank you to all there who was involved in peanuts care x
