We recently had to have our little Pippin put to sleep. All the staff were wonderful and totally sympathetic and. understanding. We cannot thank them enough. They actually sent us a lovely card with lovely words. Thanks Ladies

We were on holiday when max got a wound on his paw,we contacted The Beacon vets and they were great,they made us a appointment the next day,The vet was great and explained what he was going to do,we were amazed how he removed a seed from max paw ,we then received antibiotics ,They help us enjoy the rest of our holiday.Thanks again Beacon vets.

I called into this vets to make an appointment for my dog to update his vaccinations. The receptionist was rude, abrupt and barely civil. Even when I took him for his second injection her customer service left a great deal to be desired. The vet gave a consultation in record time. I understand they might be busy but I barely had chance to ask questions before I was practically dismissed. I would not recommend at all. I shall be looking else where.

Unbelievable this business does not want local peoples custom. Tried to get my poorly cat seen, but because 15 months ago we had been seen at another vets in Garstang they would not see him ( although I explained we were not happy with the other vets) . We had to travel 8 miles to another vets to get our poorly cat seen.
