Always so helpful and so supportive in stressful and anxious times. A big thank you to Cathy and Ailish last week who went above and beyond to help me out, as we said goodbye to little Ruby . I am so grateful to you both . Thank you to Ryan and Kevin for their empathy shown to me on the sad loss of little Ruby, and Kevin for your professional care to Poppy as always, yesterday. We are so blessed to have a practice so caring and professional like yourselves. Sincere gratitude

We were on holiday in Enniskillen when our 13 year old dog Robbie took ill - he has cardiomyopathy and is on a range of medications. On the recommendation of our own vets at home we contacted Brooks and they told us to call round with them immediately so that Robbie could be seen by a vet. From the guy on reception to the wonderful vet who attended to him, we were treated with compassion - as though we were regulars. Robbie was given treatment in line with his current medication and he subsequently settled really well allowing us to continue our holiday. The guy in reception also liaised with our own vets over Robbie’s notes and the treatment received from Brooks. We couldn’t have been happier with the outcome and I would have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful practice.

We have used The Brook Veterinary Clinic for almost 8 years now and have always found the team to be knowledgeable, professional, kind and the processes really easy and reasonably prices. All costs are broken down clearly and the Pet Health Club is excellent for routine care such as vaccinations and check ups. Having been through the end of life care for one of our dogs, the support and kindness from the team was really appreciated and you can tell they are a team who genuinely want what is best for the animals who come through their door.

Took one of my foster kitties there with poorly eyes. Very thorough with the exam and explanation. Happy to take on board my opinions and requests in changing medication. Although not my closest vets, I'll continue to take him here for treatment. Happily recommend! 😺
