Thank you to all at Three Valley's - Fivemiletown, especially Brian and Sharon who looked after Rosie when she was spayed. You've looked after Rosie since we rescued her and helped us return her to great health after her horrible start in life with previous owners. From start to finish the treatment is animal focused, as it should be, with Rosie's welfare the key factor in every decision. All staff treat her with complete respect and care and help us as pet owners know what is best for her. I was especially impressed with the follow up call the next morning to check on her welfare the morning after her operation, and this is before her official check up post op - that is a level of care that owners are very assured by. You've also provided excellent care for Rosie's sister (Kitty - our cat) who was also spayed at this vet surgery. Thank you again and I can fully recommend this surgery to anyone and this was after me thoroughly researching all vet's in the area for my pets. Rosie will see you before the of the week but thank you so much for all you do. Best wishes, The Stansfield's, Rosie and Kitty.

Couldn’t ask for a better service. Vets, nurses and receptionists have been so kind and considerate and do everything they can for the animals they treat for me.

We brought our dog Molly to here when she was really unwell, unfortunately we had to take the horrible decision to put her to sleep. Grainne was so kind and caring of Molly and was so empathetic to us. Both Grainne and the staff looked after Molly in such a compassionate way and we will be always so grateful to them for the care given to Molly. Thank You so much, Tony & Siobhan Mc Phillips

After recently moving to Fivemiletown and with three dogs we were pleased to see a local vet so close by but three valleys in Fivemiletown not only completely messed up the treatment of our dogs injury but the vet was rude, condescending, short and spoke down to us a number of times. We've never had such a horrible experience with a practice, after spending two days emailing and calling to raise concern over my dogs injury with no-one coming back to me I was met with a snarky, "It's hard for us to treat your dog when you don't make the time to come in", we had been in 4 times in the previous 10 days and I had just spent two days trying to get someone to call us back, it was totally inappropriate, unprofessional and rude. We became increasingly concerned that our dog wasn't receiving the best care and the attitude of the vet made us doubt her treatment, she didn't even know that we had brought him in for an emergency appointment the hour the original injury happened, instead trying to say that we had brought in an old injury, she wasn't up to date on his file or treatment and felt justified in speaking to concerned dog owners in such a way. The vet took a particular dislike for my husband, who was only ever nice they then wrote to my husband and said they would no longer treat our animals. It was a shocking experience that in our years as dog owners we've never had. Additionally, our second dog had been treated for a urine infection, he recovered but we were told by the same vet that more tests were needed as he may have early signs of kidney disease, he's a healthy five year old but we continued paying for more tests, it was suggested we get a full workup at £1000. We then transferred our dogs files to a new practice and took our dog in immediately to get checked, there was nothing wrong with him and his file from three valleys didn't even record his weight, despite us asking repeatedly for his weight to be checked by the vet at three valleys as we felt he had lost weight during his urine infection. His file was incomplete. We're glad we got a second opinion before putting our dog through more tests and spending £1000 on a test he didn't need.
