Very professional and caring vets. I'm impressed as the vet told me about the options for my dog and she was down to earth and knowledgeable to. I feel that my Monty has excellent care now, I just wished I had joined them much sooner. They take a lot of time with my Monty and listen to me about his needs and are very approachable and I feel very sincere and they really want to do what is best for him. It's great to be heard and not judged. I will recommend Thrums and grateful for the care my Monty is receiving now. The reception staff were caring and professional to. I'm glad I've picked thrums Vets and prices are reasonable to.

If you are looking for a practice that has your pets best interest at heart, this is the one. We will forever be with Thrums. Excellent service. It’s a shame so many practices are now more business focused rather than the actual care for your pet and pocket. We are so glad we found you Thrums!

We are delighted to have a local Thrums vet practice in Scone. We registered our 3 dogs at Scone, not long after the branch opened and we are pleased that it is well supported by the local community. In October last year, we nearly lost one of our dogs due to a natural toxicity (Pine Cones). It was 30’ before closing and we were off on holiday to St Andrews. Scone recommended we took him to Blairgowrie as they had aoh and overnight care. He was very sick, it was touch n go in the first 24hrs, but we were kept informed night & day of his progress and he made a full recovery m. Sadly we lost our Alpha Male of the pack in April due to an undetected spleen cancer. Thrums provided excellent support during a harrowing time for us. Currently our female has some post-op treatment going on after a wart was removed from the side of her eye, and she got some dental work and clean whilst under sedation. We’ll be back down at the clinic next week with some exciting news … extra paws are joining our family. Keep up the good work on behalf of our beloved family pets.

On further visits to Thrums, our local independently owned and run Vets at Scone which we are very lucky to have. Bailey has continued to receive the best of compassionate and professional care. He is now enjoying his later years thanks to the tremendous care and medical interventions he has received from Thrums. He is always very happy on any return visits he attends. We Highly Recommend Thrums to everyone. Seconded by Bailey (Dog)

Mr Jack had an incisor removed as, unfortunately, he cracked it earlier on and it went into the pulp, causing his pain and a weight loss. Thrums Vet in Scone were incredible understanding and efficient. Mr Jack is a bit anti social cat (he loves his mummy) and a visit to the vet causes him a great deal of stress, however Thrums Vets were incredibly professional and kept his stress to minimum - we had several repeat visits. I couldn't have been happier with the care Mr Jack received - he is now a happy cat again, crunching his dry biscuits and when he smiles his teeth are whitest white. Thank you, Thrums Vets!
