What a fantastic experience I had today with the lovely William Thomas, what a fantastic vet, it’s clear to see he loves his job and the animals, he gave my dog a thorough examination , was knowledgeable , kind and gentle with my elderly dog. I highly recommend this clinic if your looking for a friendly professional team, girls on reception are lovely and made a fuss of my dog gave him a treat , they are so calm and caring.

Can’t recommend this vets enough- I have an elderly cat with arthritis who likes to over groom and they have been the only vets to actually get it under control. She had a flare up after staying in a cattery and they got us an appointment quickly and they always make sure she is calm and looked after there. Never been to such a kind and considerate vets.

Recently transferred to Treforest Vet Clinic and I can't praise them enough. My dog had an ongoing issue which was diagnosed straight away and she is now receiving ongoing treatment. All staff are so kind and loving. So much so my dog cuddled up to one of the nurses and sat on the vets knee while they waited for their next client to come in. Highly recommended.

My dog actually loves visiting this vets, which says it all! The staff are fantastic – so friendly, supportive, and genuinely caring. My dog has been quite accident-prone lately, but the practice always makes the time to see us as soon as possible, which I really appreciate. The treatment is always excellent, with clear advice and fair prices. I feel confident knowing my dog is in such good hands every time we visit!

My first visit to this veterinary practice, and I was very impressed, the staff were very friendly, and their was a calming atmosphere about the place, as my cat, just lay in his cat cage, very relaxed and quiet,(he is normally very verbal). When he saw the vet, who had time and listened to our concerns, he treated our cat, he was king, gentle and had a calming influence. Will recommend this practice to my friends.
