Amazing service. I phoned for a visit as my puppy wasn't himself and they managed to fit him in within an hour. The home visit is the best support you can get.

Brilliant team that provided patient and compassionate care to our cat towards the end of his life. I can't think of any better way to manage this very sad experience. My cat was completely relaxed, in his own home, at the end. So different from what would have been a stressful experience for him if we had to have taken him to a surgery. Emily explained exactly what would happen at each stage, there was absolutely no time pressure. Recommend 100%

Absolutely amazing practice and team. Both Rachels, Emily and Nicola, they all went above and beyond to help with an emergency happening with my beloved Husky. He got his leg stuck through his collar and over the course of many hours and three visits they accomplished something fantastic, an absolutely lightning vet Rachel and the nurses too, all amazing people. So overwhelming and went so far out their way i had to stand back to truly appreciate how much they did, all for a cost so reasonable i feel awful not being able to give more. Please give them a try, they will go out their way no matter what, gauntlets in hand ready to go! Their solution worked perfectly and we were able to remove the collar after (three different!) sedatives. Turns out he's a very tough dog that legged it into the corner once he was free! A highly unusual and unique incident they handled with extreme care, skill and intelligence. Cannot recommend enough!

A great team, they came to our home and made a very sad experience as low stress and peaceful as it possibly could be. Calm, pet centered approach with great flexibility.

Adequate service when I needed it, but two years later it would be great if you could stop sending me automated texts inviting me and my pet (the one you came to my home to euthanise) to “join us on PetsApp”. I understand that automated messaging is a great time saver, but given the industry you’re in, you need to pay a little attention to your admin practices.

Vet care at home were there when I needed them, they were amazing, so compassionate, caring and kind. They treated my Rex with the respect he deserved, they took their time and allowed him to feel comfortable with them before they began the procedure talking me through each step! They showed me such kindness once Rex was sleeping helping me settle him in his bed and giving me a hug with kind words before leaving! A very difficult job made easier to bear! Thank you lovely ladies from vet care at home, you were amazing!

Absolutely outstanding care! Kind, respectful and compassionate. I was worried that my Bullmastiff would be aggressive but I need not have been. He liked the lady vets very much. My poor old dog had come to the end of the road and the procedure to ensure that he passed peacefully was carried out with such skill and precision that he did not even flinch. The vet sedated him first before he had the final injection. He was completely peaceful and experienced only love and care. Highly recommended. Very reasonably priced.
