We had to take our dog to vets now Bradford as the out of hours practice linked to our usual vets. We had seen our own vet twice in the lead up due to our dog not eating and become lethargic and weak, whilst our vet was unable to diagnose the issue the vet at Vets now suggested it could be Addisons disease and immediately suggested keeping Oscar in. Oscar was kept over night for tests and monitoring and we were given regular updates, the vets thoughts were also proved to be correct and potentially saved our dog. Unfortunately I didn’t get their names but both the vet that took him in and the night vet who spoke to me on collection were fantastic. The reception staff were also very clear and knowledgeable about our options with insurance claims and their ability to claim direct made everything easier during a stressful time.

If your not sure about your pets symptoms, they will answer the best they can, and advise you wether they think you should take your pet to the vets. They couldn’t really diagnose my cat as it turned out things were internal. Unfortunately the kindest thing was to put her to sleep. That was only 2 days ago, so I’m still quite upset, but I would use this service again if I wasn’t sure what was wrong.

Excellent out of hours service provided. They took care of my little dog and quickly diagnosed an umbilical hernia. They liased her own vet and arranged for her to be admitted the following morning for a hernia repair. All the staff that I dealt with were very nice. Thank you. Zaza had her operation the following morning despite having a seizure in the examination room. She is recovering well now. Thanks to everyone and the rapid specialist care she received at both vets.

Had cause to ring Vets Now after my dogs had some seizures. Took him to Thornbury Vets who were fantastic. The nurse took my dog straight in and the vet, Libbie, couldn’t have been more amazing, keeping me up to date at every point, explaining things so well making it easy to understand and giving great after care advice, she was absolutely above and beyond helpful.

We were ally weren't expecting to visit the emergency vet on Christmas Day. Staff were totally amazing with our pooch. After treatment and a course of antibiotics for the week. We couldn't have experienced anything better, staff were amazing and totally professional. Thank you to all. He's still a little under the weather, but getting better by the day.

Staff were very clear about what they would be able to do for my dog & her injuries that evening. The staff at reception were pleasant & we were treat with kindness & consideration. The veterinary staff were accommodating and even clipped my dogs nails as an extra request even though she may have come round from sedation before they could manage it. Their priorities were the puncture wounds on her neck from another dog. All in all a very pleasant, efficient and overall kindly and sensitive service. The staff should all be applauded for their professionalism & the evident care they had shown to my dog, as well as reassuring myself. Wonderful service. Would definitely use it again for any emergency. Thanks to all concerned! 🫶🏼✨️🏆
