I can’t thank Mel & Will enough for their patience and compassion when it came to euthanising our 17 yr old pup. They talked me through every step and helped to ease the guilt I felt. Honey left us in a peaceful and dignified way … and I will always be grateful for this.

Outstanding service, every time I have called they have put my mind at ease. I can tell from the visits that they have the animals best intentions. Best vets in the west Midlands, (and I've seen a few) They don't just want you for the money, they want what is best for the owner & animal. Thankyou so much for being on wheels so I don't have to stress my furbabies in a car ride or container. Very punctual and clear communication throughout

I came across these wonderful vets on Facebook and I am so pleased I did. My cat Layla had almost stopped eating and I only had to make one phone call and they were brilliant right from the off. They came out the very next day, Layla didn't have to move from her spot on the bed and they looked after her and put a plan into place immediately. She had to have an operation but it was performed outside my property, so that Layla and I had no anxiety, no travelling, no waiting around and she was back with me before I knew it. The aftercare has been second to none and they have gone above and beyond to help us. Layla seems to be recovering well and it's all down to them. I have used a lot of vets in the past and these are by far the best and kindest ones and I have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone. Thank you so much from me & Layla xxx (p.s their hold music is a cat's purr, fabulous!)

When my baby became so ill to the point of being unable to be moved, we came across this incredibly compassionate yet tell it how it is at the same time vet service. Not only was the explanation given with the diagnosis, they actually showed it on ultrasound equipment. She had Pyometra (infected womb). Twice we took her to PDSA, Twice they told us to go away and just accept she is an old dog and we should just enjoy the years she had left. Had they done what Pets on the meowve did immediately, she would still likely be here. This is not to bash the PDSA, this is for those not getting anywhere with PDSA because of restrictions on what they will do but a simple scan shouldn't be one of them, when you KNOW your baby isn't well. Pets on the Meowve come to you and are extremely professional and courteous. We could not put our 14 year old Bulldog through massive surgery that was unlikely to save her. We were not rushed to decide either to put her through torture and torment by operating and that is only assuming her internal organs were not too badly damaged. The choice was not suggested, it was completely our decision with the facts that were presented. After my baby's heart beat stopped, they gave us time to grieve over her before they took her on and covered in a blanket just like she was asleep and being lovingly carried. The compassion and care from Will is something I will never forget, he was incredible. Well, they both were imeasurable. Just writing this hurt beyond belief but I have to let people know there is an alternative that can come to you fast. Unlike other vets, they also offer payment plans so your baby will never suffer because you cannot afford £700 bill all at once. They took her and a short while after they brought her ashes home. I will never forget what they did for us and my baby girl. They dealt with everything. Do not delay, call them right now if you are worried about yours. ======= IMPORTANT READ ======= If you do not want any pups from yours, please, please, PLEASE have her SPAYED!!! You do NOT want to watch what an infected womb does to your baby. To the guys from Pets on the meowve, we cannot thank you enough for the service you provided from the first call, to the last. You were all incredible even if the outcome was a sad one.

I can’t thank the team enough for the care & compassion they’ve shown to my dog . She has on going digestive issues and was basically written off by my vets of many years . I called Vets on the Meowve extremely upset to make arrangements to have her put to sleep at home . Claire the receptionist was amazing and after a lengthy conversation we decided to go down the route of a second opinion. The care she has received was excellent , compassionate & professional . She is now making good progress and I am so grateful to all the team for the extra time I now have with my fur baby . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Suzanne and Will were amazing. So pleased with how they looked after my doggie and the medical treatment that was given. Suzanne the vet is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience behind her and Will is a great experienced veterinary nurse. The cost of treatment was a lot more reasonable than other practices I have used. So much nicer for them to be on your door step with your furbabies. Would definitely recommend 😊 Thank you Suzanne and Will 👌
