Called up to book an appointment at the Watermead site had to wait a week for an appointment. Turned up at the time and date arranged to be told they had booked the appointment at Haddenham instead. Waste of time! Also, the receptionist at Haddenham is incredibly rude, abrupt and needs to be taught some manners! After taking my dog here for 5 years I am going somewhere new.

Got me an appointment within 40minutes and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The vet was brilliant and very friendly. Can't fault it at all.

Sent me a text message a couple of hours before my appointment (on a Friday afternoon) to cancel my cats essential post op follow up.
