The team at Hampden are amazing. Our Loki was rushed in for a critical emergency and they've looked after him so well. Thank you so much.

Staff were very patient and understanding. We were attending an appointment for a routine check up and annual jab. Our cat had other ideas refusing to get in the cat box. I phoned to explain we would be late. When we eventually arrived we were warmly welcomed and seen very soon after arriving.

Macolm is very knowledgeable regarding exporting pets. I’m moving to Costa Rica and taking my dog and two cats and Malcolm makes it very easy. He helped us with getting my son‘s dog and one of my cats out to Costa Rica last year. Highly recommend.

I took our dogs to Haddenham for their annual check and vaccinations. This was carefully planned to be the last appointment of the day so it would be quiet as one of our dogs is deaf and very anxious. I knew Monty would not go into the consultation room so the whole appointment took place in the waiting area. Maddie and Janet could not have been more accommodating, they were so patient, calm and kind and worked hard to help Monty feel safe. It took a long time but Maddie successfully managed to administer the vaccination. A huge thank you to you both.

I have been using Hampden veterinary services for almost 15 years, since my dog was a puppy. I have always been delighted with the help and attention we have received. The staff are always welcoming and supportive. A recent surgical procedure on my dog was so successful, he has a new lease of life. I cannot praise everyone at Elm Farm and the hospital, enough.

I have been taking my cats to Hampden Vets for over twenty five years and cannot fault their care. Malcolm at Elm Farm is very gentle, calm and professional, offers valuable advice as if each cat were his own . Roz and Carol on reception always welcome you with a smile and are equally as helpful whenever I have rang with a query. Wonderful hospital in town too where there is always a vet on site, 24hours, very friendly reception/nurses too.

Good morning, I'm a newly registered client, with your practice, Bella has visited twice, firstly simply for a meet and greet as her vaccination was completed with breeder.Second for, weigh-in and start of her monthly flea and worming treatment. I have also registered with your pet plan, and everybody on your team is very knowledgable and helpful with the process, Bella is a friendly little soul,and it certainly makes these new adventures easier for both of us when your team are most welcoming.
