Just phoned as my cat came home with a broken leg. We live only 20 meters away.. they said they couldn't help him as they don't do new clients as out of hours....

I cannot rate this vet highly enough The vets and staff are very friendly understanding and kind They provide excellent care and in my opinion they put the welfare of the animals first They treat my dog and did an extra procedure which they didn't charge for but was beneficial for him I would recommend this vet practice to anyone who wants their animals to be cared for properly Wonderful service

Visited Wern veterinary practice having had horrendous experience at Pritchards vet practice in Denbigh. Chalk& Cheese. Wern are friendly, polite, professional & efficient. Everything Pritchards wasn't.

Don't like vets but have to say the Wern are really good! Have been going to Denbigh, but due to my pooch, being very poorly have been going to Ruthin for tests, and now palliative care! We see Julie who is wonderful with us, and our little girl!
