Moved our 11 year Spaniel Millie to WCS from our previous long term vets due to recent reduction in care and Service. Francisco (Vet) was excellent, very thorough, very friendly, very knowledgeable and did not try to oversell. Highly recommend these vets for their personal and professional service.

My cat Mj had to come to this amazing practice full of lovely, professional people and animal lovers. She had to have teeth removal done which was done amazingly and i was kept updated when she was out of surgery, we couldnt thank them enough for putting her needs first and they was met massively Thank you to the team of vets and receptionists from me, Mj and the family

Amazing service, calm and professional staff and a clean and spacious practice. It was our first visit here with our anxious border collie for the annual booster. The nurse and the vet doc took a good care of us and helped through the process. Thanks a lot!

I recently moved my dogs to White Cross Vets (Stanningley) and have been very happy with the care both myself and my dog have received. One of my dogs has a chronic illness that has been difficult to manage and I was very worried about her. Vet Francisco carried out a thorough examination and took the time to properly listen and address my concerns, which was very reassuring. We now have a clear plan in place for her care and I feel relieved and grateful knowing she’s in good hands. The whole team are friendly and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for attentive and compassionate veterinary care.

I moved to Whitecross vets about a year ago, first their Eccleshill practice and now their new Stannigley practice. All the staff have been brilliant. Stanningley practice is very impressive and has brilliant facilities. A special mention to my vet Francisco Mendes who goes the extra mile for his furry patients.

I can't say enough about how good my experience of White Cross is. I have only been with them for a couple of months, but in that time they have been able to successfully identify a health issue with my cat that required surgery, of which my previous vets had been incredibly blase (and this wasn't something to be left). From the minute I rang and spoke to the lovely staff member on reception (who spent about 15 mins fully listening to what had happened at my prior vets and what I was looking for from them) every interaction I have had has been brilliant. The whole team just feels like they genuinely care - and it's an added bonus that the surgery is brand new too. I love the thoughtful addition of photos of staff members with their pets on the walls, it always makes me smile. Even the fact that the vets answer the phone and clearly all work to support each other is impressive. Francisco and Rebecca particularly took time to understand my concerns and prepare me emotionally for what to expect with my cats surgery, and Miles has been excellent in dealing with his post-op care. The nursing team are also fantatsic. It has been night and day compared to what I received at my last vets, and has made me realise what was missing. Friends and family who have seen or been with me at appointments have commented on how brilliant and comprehensive the consultations were, and I can't agree more. Vets bills will always be high but I feel the monthly plan they offer is decent value for money in the given context. At the end of the day all I want is the best possible care for my cat (and me!), and that's what I feel I am getting. If you are considering bringing your pet to this vet, then I would absolutely say to go for it.

From start to finish we felt like we mattered. So often you get forgotten about but here you and your pet are treated with such care. Really impressed with the team here and at the Eccleshill branch.
