I lost my beautiful Goldie Millie 3 weeks ago after a few very distressing weeks of a nasty skin infection that appeared very quickly, the vet we saw (Emily) was lovely with my girl and we managed to clear up the initial infection and I was hoping things were improving but unfortunately she did not seem to be recovering in herself, Emily again was wonderful but unfortunately after a scan it was discovered she had a large mass in her stomach and she had become very anemic Emily was so kind when she told us that Millie would probably only have a few weeks. We had only a week from her last vet visit when we had to make the decision to let her go on a Saturday out of usual hours at home. Again the vet on call was very kind and gentle with us and Millie. A very sad outcome but I can’t thank the vets and staff at Aeron vets enough, a wonderful team, their care and professional help, the cost was also very reasonable. I would trust them completely and recommend them highly.

I had my boy under their care money money money just kept pumping my boy full of meds not knowing what they were treating him for, blood tests all sorts even stays over night and he went down bank the tall woman vet was so uncaring it was a Sunday and my boy was fading away ...phoned got her and she said hurry up with him I have things to do she put the needle that was meant to be a calm passing sent my boy Into convulsions jerky and in pain I kept saying I love you because I wanted to comfort my boy and hoped my last words of I love you would be the last thing of love my boy would hear but oh no the lanky tall vet ruined the moment by shouting at me he knows you love him it ruined the last moments of my boys life on this earth and took away a dignified and painless passing .I will never forgive her and I got a massive bill for the tall vet making my boy suffer....I would not recommend this vets at all all about money, less about care .very poor care and very cruel.

honestly can’t praise this vets enough. My 1-year-old cockapoo had an accident and needed a tooth removed, which meant he had to be put under anaesthetic. As a first-time dog owner, I was so distressed, but Emily was incredibly kind—she explained everything clearly, gave me all the facts, and was so reassuring throughout. The team even called me the moment he woke up to let me know he was okay, which meant the world. Truly the best team and the best vets—thank you so much for looking after my furbaby, Emily!
