We were recommended to take our dog to this vets as we wanted her to have the choice of laporoscopic surgery, Sasha the nurse had spoken to me previously and put our minds at rest. When we collected our dog later the same day, everything was explained clearly and Sasha answered all our quiries. Both ouselves and our dog were treated with the utmost respect. Would definately recommend.

It's a shame that the vet is asking for money for a rescue cat. He is in pain and needs to be operated on urgently and the poor cat should not be profited from. The minimum that a suffering poor cat should be operated on urgently by the vet and this should be their donation. Ystwyth Vets is making a profit on the pet owner anyway. My cat was treated two years ago and I only paid £3500 for it and he died in pain 2 days later and all they said was they were sorry but I should still pay for the lab. What a compassionate team, how good that their job would be to cure pets!

Been using this vets since 2004. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They are so lovely and caring not only towards the animals but also the owners. I had to say goodbye to my border collie bracken 13/5/2023. Was the hardest decision I've ever made letting her go. The staff were so kind and loving towards her and me. Nothing was rushed everything was done with care and compassion. It's thanks to them that I have my lovely border collie jelly tots who had a rare reaction to the puppy injections at 9weeks old in 2015. If it wasn't for their dedication and quick thinking I wouldn't have her all these years later. The staff are fantastic and I'd never go anywhere else with my girl. I'd highly recommend them. The best vets in Aberystwyth. Wish I could give them more than 5/5. They get 10/10 from me and miss jelly tots

Took my reactive dog in for a Lap Spay and the whole team was absolutely fantastic. They were extremely understanding of the fact that she wasn’t nasty and was simply just nervous and took everything nice and slow for her. I was extremely worried about leaving her somewhere she’d never been without someone she didn’t know but I was completely reassured by my grandparents who have been previously. Thank you to the whole team from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of my girl!
