We have been with Vets4Pets for quite a few years but over the past few days, we had to say goodbye to our beautiful Phoebe, and I honestly don’t think we could have got through it without the kindness and compassion shown by everyone at Vets4Pets Bangor. A special thank you to Stephen, Emma and all of the nurses who cared for Phoebe during her final days. From the tests and treatment, to the endless reassurance and ultimately helping her pass peacefully, every single person showed such genuine care, empathy and compassion. They treated Phoebe with so much dignity and love, and they supported us through one of the hardest decisions we had to make. We will never forget the kindness you showed us. Thank you for everything ❤️

We recently lost our dog, Shadow, very suddenly. The team at Vets for Pets, Bangor were incredibly kind and compassionate. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye and even saved some of his fur in a small keepsake jar, which meant so much to us. When we got home, we found they had also sent a sympathy card—such a thoughtful gesture. We’ve never experienced this level of care from any other veterinary practice.

Our cat took sick a week ago, had never had problems with his health. Went to.vet and he wasn't eating, gave him treatment to try and help him, but was so quick he perked up on Sat night but sunday he was back again, not drinking or eating was to have a scan today ,but was so sick after a week we had him euthanised. He obv had things going on and was not noticed by us . Staff at reception are lovely and welcoming ,and vegetarians very compassionate and attentive. We decided on Creamation ,no hard sell and quite reasonable price wise, would recommend

I'm very torn about this place. We lost one of my dogs in a traumatic way and I feel like it could have been prevented if she had an ultrasound/scan. But she didn't receive one. Every other pet has had an amazing standard of care, maybe she was just a one off scenario. They handled her passing in a very lovely way as well, and did everything they could to keep us and her in comfort.

So far I have been very impressed with this surgery. Place is tidy & clean and receptionists welcoming. I haven't needed to speak to a vet so far, but my little tibetan spaniel has attended the nurse several times and I have found her to be very pleasant, informative & efficient. So glad I changed to this practice.
