This is a great practice! The staff are incredibly nice and It’s clear that they care about the wellbeing of your pets. We recently had a stressful moment with our dog and the team were incredibly kind, helpful and made us feel at ease. I’d 100% recommend to anyone in the Newtownards/North Down area.

Called in to get the rabbits nails trimmed. He is a big ejit of a rabbit and doesnt like being lifted, however, the staff and service was amazing. He was very calm and we where in with no waiting and out in 5 minutes. Booked in for next time already. Lovely clean operation and very friendly and accommodating staff.

Always 10/10 from receptionists to nurses to head vets..they all care for animals big and small..educational and compassionate..I would recommend this vet to anyone!! Thanks for taking such good care of Tabatha! Here's a drowsy picture of tib 😁

Lovely veterinary clinic. Access for an emergency appointment was quick and hassle free. Friendly and helpful receptionist, Steph, kept us right. We had the pleasure to meet two lovely vets, Dermot and Emma at our visits. They were warm, friendly, caring and professional. A really positive experience, would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you.
