The care for our little girl, Penny, was excellent. She had an injury and was in pain. The vet was very gentle with her and explained everything as he was going along. He gave her a strong pain killer and other treatment and explained if she didn't start eating and drinking once the pain settle she may need further treatment and I had to ring in the morning. Fortunately she responded well, started to eat and drink and continued with her prescribed pain relief. All the staff at Paignton branch have all been so caring, especially to a distraught mum of Penny. They continue to ask for updates on her recovery which is very reassuring.

We have been using bay vet group for 3 years now. Initially I thought maybe the practice was too big and may be impersonal as they have several branches. Needn’t have worried as staff are caring and professional and we are usually seen promptly for appointments. We were seen by Vet Christa this week for an emergency. Our dog was assessed quickly and provided with the treatment she needed. Christa was very efficient and along with the nurse provided excellent care whilst reassuring both our dog and us! Highly recommend this practice.

we could not be happier with bay vet paignton.everyone we dealt with was kind caring and helpful.the vet gave me some helpful advice.charges were very reasonable and fair.no pressure to purchase pet insurance as has been the case with other vets in the area who are owned by big companies.bay vet is a small independent local vet,who put the care of our pets above that of making huge profits for share holders.thank you to everyone for the excellent care and support.would recommend to anyone

The 4 dogs we've taken to Bayvets Paignton over the years have been very well looked after by all the VETs, nurses and reception staff. Even when we have had to reach that awful decision at the end of their lives I cannot say how caring and understanding the staff were - they are used to us bawling our eyes out now! Thanks to an amazing team XX
