I recently switched to Beechwood Vets Temple House and honestly couldn’t be happier with the care my cat, Socks, has received. From the moment you walk in, the reception team are so warm, welcoming, and kind, which makes such a difference during what can be a stressful time. A special thank you to Barbara, who has been absolutely amazing. She took the time to really get to the bottom of what was causing Socks’ pain, kept me updated every step of the way, and carried out her surgery with such care and compassion. I felt completely reassured the whole time and knew Socks was in the very best hands. I would highly recommend this vet to family and friends. It’s also really helpful that they offer Carefree Credit, which makes things a little less worrying if you need help spreading the cost of a large bill. Thank you for taking such lovely care of Socks 🐾

We as a family are absolutely blown away by the level of professionalism, compassion and care provided by beechwood vets at a time of great shock and sadness of the passing of our beloved family bichon, Jazz. We were extremely upset by the way we were treated at another vets in which they turned us away unable to treat her and saying they brought in another surgeon which was an inconvenience for them when she was extremely poorly, near passing and were totally unprofessional showing no basic empathy or respect. We then rang beechwood vets in which we were on the phone to immediately greeted by the amazing receptionist whom was totally empathetic and talked us through the whole process of euthanasia putting us at ease. She was able to move appointments to fit us in. When we arrived, we were taken immediately into the quiet room in which we were able Say our last goodbyes. The vet talked us through the whole process making sure we were as comfortable as possible during this hard time. Afterwards, we recieved a lovely card and forget me not seeds from the team at beechwood vets . We cannot Thankyou enough, From the Johnson family 💗

This was the first time we have visited Beechwood vets with our new puppy and we were very impressed. The reception staff were very friendly and the waiting area is very good with plenty of waiting areas. The vet was really kind and reassuring to our new addition. Our experience was a possitive one. I have recently moved vets to Beechwood Temple, I can not thank them enough for getting to the bottom of my dog Milo's condition. He was seen, investigated and diagnosed within 2 weeks ( over Xmas period too). All the staff reception, nurses and vets are so friendly and caring. I am so glad I moved Milo and Felix here. Thank you :)

Staff are really friendly & make your pet feel comfortable and safe. Professional and knowledgeable people. The reception staff do a fantastic job of providing you with the most helpful advice. The vet who gave my dog her annual check up & vaccination was so calming and supportive and explained the new vaccine that Penny would be having, she gave us really helpful information regarding keeping her weight down too. Catarina was so lovely with Penny. Would highly recommend her!! Thank you

Been with this veterinary for over 30 odd years and highly recommend them. Lately they have been my rock with our much loved Jessie being poorly.. Vets James and Catarina have been absolutely fantastic with Jessie ❤️ And not forgetting the lovely ladies on reception aka Tina Julie Kerry and Emily . Very pleasant surgery which is always very clean. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with my. vet who I've been seeing for many years with my many dogs. I trust him to give me the correct advice and treat my pet efficiently and kindly.
