Brilliant service as always. James takes the time to listen, understand what is happening with my dogs and explains everything. The nurses and reception staff are equally brilliant, welcoming you with a smile and knowing who you are when you walk through the door. It goes without saying everyone is ready with cuddles and treats which my dogs are very grateful for. 😁

I took my toy poodle to see the vet yesterday for her six monthly checkup as she has a heart murmur. Everything was fine. Very impressed with the thorough checkup the vet gave to her as she also has mammary lumps, which fortunately that's what they are so nothing more sinister. He explained everything to me and I wasn't rushed at all. Milly liked him too which is always good! Super friendly Vets Practice and so worth supporting as not a big conglomerate so you get individual friendly support for your pets. 💕

Cannot fault the vets here. When my eldest cat, Luna, was not eating or drinking and really lethargic back in December 2025, I rang the practice and they got her seen really quickly. I was so worried about her and the vets were supporting me. They did all the appropriate diagnostic tests and they found that she had a bowel obstruction from a plastic wrapper she managed to get her paws on. They managed to remove it, thankfully. If it hadn't been for them, she would have been suffering for longer and I don't think she'd have pulled through. They monitored her for a few weeks after the surgery to make sure she was regaining the weight back etc. 6 months later, she's the healthiest she's ever been, gained all the weight back and is her normal, playful, affectionate self. She has also learnt her lesson and no longer eats plastic wrappers!

I was happy they way my cat Pickles check went. The atmospher in the waiting was spotless and welcoming. The vet was great too and seemed to care about my cat. I used to dread going to the vet until I changed to you. 100% happy with the treatment. Fair price too. Was not as expensive as I expected. Thank you all for a pleasant visit.

This veterinary centre have saved my pets lives on more than one occasion. We frequently take my chronically ill cat and he’s always treated with such respect and care. They all remember him and every single member of staff we have dealt with here from reception to the vets have always had so much empathy and warmth.

After recently moving to Leeds Veterinary Centre to follow Jo from her previous practice, we have nothing but praise for this clinic. From the moment we first walked through the door, every member of staff has been friendly, welcoming and efficient. Jo is an exceptional vet, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have found her. She has shown unwavering care and compassion for our dog, Barney, as well as for us during some very difficult moments. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough—your pet will truly be in the best hands. Thank you for everything!

I can’t fault this vet at all. I’ve taken five of my cats here and have seen each of the vets — every single one has taken the time to understand the personality of each cat and tailor their approach accordingly. They’ve been especially wonderful with one of my cats who’s incredibly timid and had a serious ear issue that required surgery. I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else to handle it! I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate, skilled care.

Dear Katherine and team. Sadly a week ago you had to care for my "Bestie" ....Giacomo "Jacq" Nelson (16yr old Italian Greyhound x Mini Pincer) after he fell ill in his 16th year. My Ex wife tells me that you were absolutely amazing, kind, considerate and empathetic as he had to chase rabbits in heaven...😞 Since then you have sent us a condolences card, what an amazing practice and extremely, extremely thoughtful... CLEARLY you are a genuine hard working and compassionate Vets...anyone considering a Vets, don't hesitate to bring them to Crossgates... RIP Jacq....my amazing 😍 best friend. Obi and Clarence are missing you...Lots...
