Booked an appointment for 6 puppies to receive their first vaccinations. Upon arriving, I informed the staff that the owners of 3 of the puppies had specifically requested no L4 vaccine, only DHPPI, due to concerns they have seen. When I discussed this with the vet, I was told that if L4 wasn’t being administered alongside DHPPI, then he would refuse to vaccinate those puppies at all. He claimed the vaccine license required them to be given together. Wanting to verify this, I contacted the vaccine manufacturer (MSD) directly, who confirmed that DHPPI can be given on its own. This contradiction is very concerning and raises questions about the advice being given and the overall integrity of the practice when it comes to pet care. A disappointing and frustrating experience, especially when trying to act in the best interest of the animals and their owners.

First time at this vets, registering our new puppy. Clean waiting area, lovely staff and very efficient. We saw vet Andrius and he was to the point and informative, which I like. He was very good with my son, who has asd and adhd, kept good eye contact and level voice when he spoke to him. Obviously knows his stuff dealing with animals and children with needs. We got the puppy pack which is very reasonably priced. Very happy we're registered here with our pup, definately recommend. P.s. Met their adorable cat in the waiting area. Dont forget to give the cutie a pet when you visit. 🌻

Warm friendly family business. My 12 year old poodle had his leg amputated, they were kind and considerate and not outrageously priced, my little boy is not insured. Would recommend.

Absolutely no one else we would trust with our babies!! from our 19 yr old pooch who we lost sadly to our new baby now. They were so caring considerate and helpful with our old boy and did everything they could to make his life more comfortable and easy for him to the end. Even came out to our home to send him peacefully to the rainbow bridge!!! Would never go anywhere else. Thank you
