We’ve been coming here for a couple of years since getting our cats and the vets and receptionists have always been great for routine checkups and vaccinations. Our cat was hit by a car this week and is currently an in-patient at the hospital here while they assess her and make sure she is comfortable. From the moment I found her and called the emergency vet the staff here have been incredible. They saw us within 15 minutes (out of hours), took her in, and have given us regular, comprehensive updates multiple times a day since then. Knowing they are looking after her so well while she’s so fragile has really helped to put our minds at ease and allows us to make informed choices for her. We visited her yesterday and can see how well she is being cared for. Thank you so much to everyone who has been involved in Pandora’s care - you are all superstars and we are so grateful to have such a wonderful veterinary hospital so close to home. I can’t recommend this vets enough for their care, compassion and quality of service.

My experience of Vets has often been rocky, this stems from a poor childhood experience of having a cat put down. We had to go through this again just before Christmas with a very poorly cat. Suzy has changed my perception of vets, she was very understanding and had the empathy which very few vets seem to have. Look after her, as she has looked after us. Thank you Suzy.

I have taken my cat here once before some years ago and the care she received was really impressive. Many years later at 14 she needed the care of a vet again and do I didn’t hesitate to take her back. I’ll keep it short. This time not only did they take magnificent care of her, they did it with such kindness and compassion that an upsetting time was made a bit easier. I can not fault the time and effort they took to do everything for her. And as a result I am and will recommend to anyone who will listen. 10 out of 10!

We took our Rabbit here for a routine dental, but ended up having a tooth removed due to an infection. Staff are very friendly and helpful and kept us in the loop with update on Guinness's health. Guinness has fully recovered and is now hopping around as usual

Really can’t praise this practice enough. I was travelling with a sick pet and the treatment and advice we were given was first class. A professional and helpful service, sympathetic to both animal and owner. Highly recommended. Thank you.

We have been taking our Dog there for the past three years. The receptionists are great, but unfortunately it ends there, hence, my one star review. Our dog is an XL Bully and is the most gentle family dog you can have. He never barks and is always loving and obedient. His only problem is he gets very nervous when we take him to the vets like any other dog he knows the minute we get out the car. In our 5 visits (5 different vets) not once has any one of the vets put in any effort to try and put him at ease by showing attention or offering him a treat. They have simple been cold and told us he seems a bit aggressive, exactly what a loving owner doesn’t want to hear. So this week we changed our vet to pets at home and within one visit the lovely vet had calmed him down with such professional attention, offering him some treats, engaging with him and us and getting to know him. We went back there yesterday to see Suzanne again and she continued to take the time to put our dog at ease. The best move we ever made and now, hopefully the start of stress free visits to the vet . Maybe this review should be a lesson to Rye street to not categorise a dog because of its breed, when they are simple a loving, family pet.
