The staff are so friendly. They take care of my dog like its my own child. We always walk without the lead (thats me and my dog Willow) and she always heads for their front door when we pass their building..... I think speaks for itself.

Very friendly and accessible vet practice. All the staff are very good with the pets and their "parents".

Some if the staff were very kind but found other staff to be aggressive in the treatment to my little doggy . Had to look at a swelling in his neck which happened twice , they could have shaved a small amount of hair to investigate but on both occasions they aggressively shaved nearly all his neck and did it very heavy handed . I would have posted sooner but have been so upset by his treatment so near to us losing our beautiful boy. Feel very strongly about this. Certainly would not recommend them

They are always extremely compassionate and sympathetic when you have to say goodbye to one of your pets. No fuss about the bill, it is sent a few days afterwards.

Honestly had the worst experiences buying a puppy and within 3 days he was very ill, thank god for these vets not only were they kind and compassionate but I had no money at the time and they booked me appointment the vet was very thorough and he was taken to hospital the reception staff were helpful and supportive, and they did everything to save our little puppy unfortunately he didn’t make it but there care was outstanding and the support and big beautiful hearts were there for me every step of the way I was able to clear the bill and after all the warmest loving souls I could never choose another vet!!! This vet is 100% for the animals care and this shine through like a massive ball of sun shine!!!! God bless you I couldn’t of gone through this without you !!!

Local vet whom we have used for 11 years, located in Stansted. Good quality service, easy parking. During Covid, arrive for your appointment , park then phone and someone will come out to collect your pet. In some ways better than before Covid as you don't have the waiting room "establishing territory" altercations. Pay over the phone again a good idea as this avoids contact. Would recommend.
