Can’t recommend this vets enough. The staff are so caring and patient. We were really touched on receiving a sympathy card in the post with some seeds to plant for our pet we had to have put to sleep.

Firstly thankyou to the angels that helped me through the loss of my beautiful rescue cat Blossom i shared the experience with my friend Jane Barret who has also left a review. The care and compassion you showed was second to none i have early dementia and the kindness you showed us both was amazing. I was able to spend time with her on my own singing and talking to her. The vet and nurse treated her as their own showed so much love. I cannot thankyou enough even with the after care. A true family vets. I have another rescue cat but wont go anywhere else. Thankyou to all the staff at Reeds in Royston

I can’t thank you enough for the care and consideration you showed towards my friend recently when she had to have her beloved cat put to sleep. You provided her with advice and helped her when she didn’t know what to do and felt helpless. I can honestly say you showed her more compassion and empathy and also the best customer service I have ever seen in any vets I have come across (and I have used a few). I wish I lived nearer as I would want to bring all my pets to you! Thank you so much.

Reed are by far the best vets I’ve ever taken my animals too and I’d never go anywhere else now. They have been amazing with my kittens and puppy and their prices are really reasonable. All the staff are friendly and rosemary is the best of the best, nothing comes close to her expertise. I’d highly recommend Reed vets to anyone
