Medivet - Little Hadham

Registered our dog here when she was just a puppy after chatting to a couple of friends who couldn’t recommend them highly enough. We have been impressed right from the start. Friendly and helpful at all times, and always so welcoming to our doggo. She seemed to actually enjoy coming for all the puppy health checks and didn’t even mind the jabs, but has decided maybe it’s not quite her fave place anymore (!), since we had to leave her there for a whole day when she was spayed. Even though she’s now more reticent about her visits, we think they’ve been amazing. Her tummy has healed quickly with a neat scar after being spayed. She also had to have a worrying mole removed from her ear recently: the vets and nurses explained, guided and supported us through decisions related to the investigation of the growth, answering our questions so we had a full understanding of the situation and potential next steps. They were also very accommodating around the requirement of our insurance company. Joe in particular has been great, speaking to us twice now in the evening after what was probably a long day at work already, to bring us up to date with the latest findings from the lab (thankfully it turns out there is little to worry about). Super happy we chose them for our dog’s care.

The best vets! We always feel very well taken care of, and receive very good advice. You can tell that they really care about the animals. Joe in particular is always so informative and kind.

We actually travel 45 minutes each way because the care we receive here is exceptional, and we wouldn’t trust our pets with anyone else. Medivet Little Hadham are excellent Vets. Our Springer has been seeing Joe since he was a pup who is now 4yrs old. Joe has provided consistent exceptional support, advice and genuine care for both us & our pet through the ups & downs. More recently we received sound, professional advice from Sarah who also showed great sincerity in her care. All the staff are so warm & welcoming & their love for animals shines through. They really do go above & beyond. Thank you for all you do, we’d be lost without you!!

Billed me over £1000 for having my papillions teeth cleaned with about 12 extractions. Was a shock. And had to pay bill before they handed him over! Needless to say - I am now registered at All Paws at the Leisurezone. Much better prices.
