Registered our dog here when she was just a puppy after chatting to a couple of friends who couldn’t recommend them highly enough. We have been impressed right from the start. Friendly and helpful at all times, and always so welcoming to our doggo. She seemed to actually enjoy coming for all the puppy health checks and didn’t even mind the jabs, but has decided maybe it’s not quite her fave place anymore (!), since we had to leave her there for a whole day when she was spayed. Even though she’s now more reticent about her visits, we think they’ve been amazing. Her tummy has healed quickly with a neat scar after being spayed. She also had to have a worrying mole removed from her ear recently: the vets and nurses explained, guided and supported us through decisions related to the investigation of the growth, answering our questions so we had a full understanding of the situation and potential next steps. They were also very accommodating around the requirement of our insurance company. Joe in particular has been great, speaking to us twice now in the evening after what was probably a long day at work already, to bring us up to date with the latest findings from the lab (thankfully it turns out there is little to worry about). Super happy we chose them for our dog’s care.

Billed me over £1000 for having my papillions teeth cleaned with about 12 extractions. Was a shock. And had to pay bill before they handed him over! Needless to say - I am now registered at All Paws at the Leisurezone. Much better prices.

Medivet Little Hadham has consistently provided exceptional care to all of our animals, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown by every member of the team. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re welcomed with warmth, kindness and understanding. The staff are friendly, genuine and take the time to listen to any concerns, making the entire experience reassuring and positive. What really sets this practice apart is the level of patience and care they show to nervous pets. Our dog can be anxious in new environments, yet the team always gives him the time, space and gentle encouragement he needs to feel safe and secure. Their calm approach has made a huge difference, turning something that used to cause stress into a much more relaxed experience for both pet and owner. Both Joe and Katie have been incredible. They previously looked after our cat with such dedication, and now they are doing the same for our dog. Their knowledge, skill and genuine love for animals shine through in every appointment. It’s clear they truly care about each pet’s well-being, and they take the time to explain treatments, answer questions and offer thoughtful advice. We actually travel 45 minutes each way because the care we receive here is exceptional, and we wouldn’t trust our pets with anyone else. Medivet Little Hadham’s dedication, professionalism and kindness make them stand out, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding veterinary care.
