Black sheep Vets team went above and beyond when I had to have an emergency visit with my pooch who sadly died before we arrived there. They gave me time with her and they were very supportive x x I can’t thank them enough as it’s the hardest day of my life.

I had to take my little baby puppy to the emergency vet here. Unfortunately he didn't make it. The aftercare I have received has been amazing. I chose to have my puppy cremated. I received 2 phone calls during the week explaining everything to me. I went to collect my puppy's cremains today. Right from the moment I took him to the moment I collected him everyone I met in the practice was caring and friendly. Thank you for everything. I would also like to say this is the cleanest veterinary practice I have ever been in.

I go here for my Rats. The vet I see is fantastic! She actually takes the time to talk and explain everything instead of just dishing out medication I don't understand. She is very carful when handling them. And it's good to see a vet who actually seems to care about my pets and not just the money! So far whenever I go in the people checking me in have been lovely and very friendly! I recommend! Especially to those with rodents struggling to find a vets office that caters to their fur babies! 🐀

I find everyone, from the front line reception, the vet nurses and not least, the vets to be friendly, kind, helpful, patient, considerate and totally professional. Even down to being extremely tolerant of the over loving Madeleine Bassett who knows what those nurses are up to with that needle. .....thanks again for your patience. 😼

Staff on approach to establishment are friendly, helpful and make you feel welcome. Vet we have seen is knowledgeable helpful and reassuring which is appreciated. Bramble recently spayed was in good hands and she loves the treats 😊
