They're horrible after you lose your pet. They'll chase you, threaten and harass you for £10. No respect, no empathy. Estay away if you can, you and your pets deserve better.

I had to visit East Lincs Emergency Vets in Louth this evening( 21-11-25) because our cat was experiencing breathing difficulties and instability when walking, upon arrival I was greeted at the door by MO (vet) I explained that prior to this episode our cat had been covered in diesel which we cleaned off him. I couldn’t be happier with the care that MO provided, he gave our cat a thorough examination explaining what had happened and the possible cause, it’s likely this episode was caused by the inhalation of diesel fumes which had caused him to have a seizure. Overall I couldn’t fault MO at all he was very professional and caring throughout a credit to the ELEV team. Thank you 5*

Called late Saturday night needing advice/help for my senior dog that appeared to be choking. The vet nurse that answered was extremely helpful and compassionate. Turned out I didn't need an emergency visit after all, I was given some really helpful advice and reassurance, my dog made a full recovery. I wouldn't hesitate to use this vet in the future.

We lost our German shepherd Bella on the 15th May , her 8th birthday, due to her stomach twisting. Although we wasn’t at the vets long they saw us immediately and did as much as they could to save Bella’s life. Whilst also informing us of all costs along the way so that there was no unexpected bill at the end. I collected her ashes today and she was treat with the up most dignity and care until the end. Thank you x

A huge thank you to the amazing team at East Lincolnshire Emergency Vets for all the care, attention, compassion, patience and professionalism given to our diabetic cat Freddie. This time last week he was extremely poorly and without emergency treatment he would not be here. He is back home, recovering well and starting to show his true character again. We can't thank you enough 🐱🧡

We're so grateful to everyone at East Lincs Emergency Vets. Our usual vet doesn't do out of hours care so they sent us here with our terrier Edith when she became ill with haemorrhagic diarrhoea. She was with them for five nights and during that time, we were kept well informed of her progress and felt absolutely certain she was receiving the very best care. Apologies to the staff who had to deal with Edith as she got back to her usual self - we know she's not always a good dog but she's our dog and we couldn't be happier to have her home. Thank you all so much!
