Wow - we took our cat Cassie into Rase vets y-day - (2nd July 25) for the 1st time & we were very impressed- nice spacious waiting room - friendly attentive receptionist- And a big hi to the lovely Vet Patricia who was on duty that particular day. She came out to greet us with a lovely smile & was very gentle & caring with our elderly rescue Cat - which we adore with all our hearts. She even got Cassie out off her carrying case by gently lifting under her belly. (We have prev used James vets in Louth & on more then 1 occasion - they've stood arms by their side watching us struggle to get Cassie out)..we actually left James St vets in Louth because we found them to not be caring or attentive enough to Cassie & it's akin to a animal factory - conveyor belt. All they think off is Money-Money-Money...so another vets had to be found- & luckily we chose Rase - cassie will be back for her medicine & check-up soon, thanks Rase - highly highly recommended...

I can not praise the vet & receptionist enough! I was hoping my old dog would enjoy one last summer, however he suddenly took a turn for the worse and the kindest decision was to have him put to sleep. The receptionist, who as the first voice/face you encounter when dealing with Rase Vets was just lovely. The vet kindly agreed to come in early in order to accommodate ME as I was going on an extended trip the next day and was panicking that I’d be leaving a distressed dog behind. The whole process was treated with great kindness by both the vet and the receptionist who assisted her. The calm and understanding environment really helped my family and I come to terms with losing our much loved family pet. I can not recommend this team enough, superb staff!

Absolute rip off prices, misdiagnosed problems and just put animals on expensive tablet treatment plans with only temporary results. I took my dog to another vet and told them everything that this vet has done and they were appalled at the treatments and basic problems were not recognised or even tested for. My dog is much better and happier with an injection that would have cost 3x more at this vet than it did at my new one. Do yourself and your pets a favour and do not go to this vet, they only want your money and do not care for the well-being of the animals.

Have used this vets before but never had a problem. Have a new puppy and went for vaccines twice now. The vet was well how can I say just not interested at all never spoke to us in either occasion, never explained anything, I've never had a puppy yelp and scream so much while being vaccinated, half the vaccine was on the dogs fur so not sure even if he got it. If we had been first time dog owners it would have been awful. ABSOLUTELY USELESS UNCARING AND SO DISINTERESTED IN WHAT HE WAS DOING. Shame they use to be lovely 🙄

Took my cat there yesterday and they were amazing with her. The vet took his time and kept comforting her and being gentle with her. They also listened to what i had to say and discussed everything with me thoroughly. Alot cheaper than my last vet at only £30 for vaccinations and medication. Highly recommend
