We needed to get an emergency appointment for our Spaniel after he ate some suet pellets that were meant for the garden birds,,,🙄 The reception staff were lovely and registered us to see the vet within 40mins of my phoning. Upon arrival at the Laceby Surgery, the staff were very friendly and the vet was extremely thorough examining him and prescribing appropriate medication. She then advised on his care going forward. We couldn't have asked for better service and at a reasonable price. Thanks to all concerned.

Rung them to get a price on cremation told me £319.00 payable on bringing the cat in, told me wouldn't take my cat unless it was paid first, so uncompassionate and no empathy, totally matter of fact!!! Totally rip off with prices, rung another vet £172 for the cremation and very compassionate and alot of care and empathy and told me I could pay in 2 weeks time when I pick up her ashes although I paid it when I took her there, i would not recommend if my life depended on it. So good luck with all that uses this shitty vets!!!! Good luck!.

Rang the vetinary centre on a sunday as our vets was closed, a lovely lady answered the phone and instantly knew what the problem was when we described the issue. Took all of our details and offered us an appointment within 40 minutes. Both the gentleman and lady that saw our pooch were fantastic with her and have discussed a plan moving forward for treatments and diagnosis. Extremely reasonably priced, I will definitely be using them again.

My family have used this vet for many years and always been happy until today. I have a very unwell cat and was promised a call back today. Called to check after waiting four hours and was assured it would happen. After another two hours I have called again and got through to Market Rasen who told me Grimsby are closed, there are no notes on the system about my concerns and the only option is the forty minute drive to them. Disgraceful, I will be finding a new vet on Monday morning.

I took my cat on a Saturday afternoon to the Grimsby, Bradley branch. I was really impressed. Not only was the vet and the receptionist lovely but it was reasonably priced. They have really long opening hours too 7am - 10pm apart from Sunday which are not classed as emergency appointments. I really do recommend. My cat got great care I will definitely use again ## UPDATE## My cat went downhill Sunday and died on the Monday morning.

Had to call emergency vet when my best pal became rapidly unwell was obviously beyond recovery. The staff were very kind, what was a very sad time was made easier to bear by the vets calm and compassionate matter and my pal went to meet his maker without and further distress. My sincere thanks to all.

My beautiful old Pug Doodlebug went to her eternal sleep yesterday at Rase ... Everyone involved were amazing, kind, gentle and treated her so well. They were wonderful to us and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. They lit a candle in the reception and the receptionist was gentle and kind too ... Thank you Rase, as devastated as we are you made it all so much easier x
