Not a good practice lacking honesty and moral courage to take ownership of your mistake. Cat went in for bloods & bi annual check up we mentioned cat still coughing a bit and vet said we can do xray to check for build up of fluid in lungs which would be continuation of hyperthyroidism. Claim kept getting declined & eventually accepted but under a new condition now i have to pay a new excess of £125 then 20% of remaing bill. I kep asking for all the info that was sent to tesco & they gave me nothing apart from a screen shot of a portal. So i asked tesco for the info and yes there it was wrong information was sent to tesco insurance they said cat was getting an xray to check for metatasis in the lungs and that's why tesco put the claim on as a new condition. Rase vets would not do anything to help me there is no practice manager the next step was to do in house complaint which was a complete waste of time. The complaints manager was clearly looking after rase vets and just talked over me and took no responsability for the mistake they made which cost me money. 4 hrs after i was at the vets that info was added to history as it has a timeline no wonder its wrong. Complaints then haned it over to a independant mediation and about 6 weeks later i get a call saying nothing she can do with mediation didnt want to listen saying they cant go changing the medical history. Im not asking you to change but to listen to me and have moral courage to waiver that £100 due to their mistake but no chance. It even contradicts in the same paragraph about xray owner doesnt want to put cat through pain & will monitor yes that's because we know she has cancer as she had the mamory strip removed so why would i put her in for an xray to check for metatasis again? Shocking & I'm angry with the attitude towards this. This has been so stressful I have that much paperwork about this from insurance if i had known all this was going to happen I would of just paid it which we are now. I purchased a chamber for £100 which wasnt required as she didnt have ashma which they said she had then changed their mind so that was a waste so might as well just go settle that bill. So be careful & check everything I was going to put my 2 new kittens on VIP but they can do one as that's not happening along with a few other bits so they end up losing out because of their dishonesty.

Had mo out today. Lovely with our horses and he put my mind at ease about my older horses health. Been with Rase 23 years now and know my horses are in safe hands.

My experience with this company was unfortunately quite disappointing. I had ongoing issues with payments after my time there, and resolving the matter took far longer than it should have. Communication was also difficult at times, which made the situation more stressful than necessary. I hope the company improves its processes and treats people more fairly in the future.

Absolutely brilliant my cat broke her leg. We were at gainsborough at 5pm by 10 pm she had been admitted to Market Rasen. Given pain medication and an x-ray. The break was too complicated for their surgeon so they arranged a referral to a specialist. Who called me, he had seen the x-ray and he was confident he could help . By 10 am sat morning she was at the specialist. It was explained what needed to be done. Iam so grateful. Everything has been explained carefully so i know exactly whats happened. The staff have all been so kind. Ive not even been asked for any payment as yet. They know she's insured and that was the very last thing they asked about her policy number. (PLEASE INSURE YOUR PETS. FOR £7 A MONTH ITS SAVED ME A £4000 BILL)

Terrible, had one of my cats in with problems as he kept getting sick, constantly in & out & never got clear answers for his condition, the last time I took him there he was clearly very sick, they had in three days & came back the same as when I took him, absolutely disgusting.. took him to another vet who had him in over night & the next day picked him looking like a new cat & full of energy.. sadly he had kidney failure & lived another six months (happy six months) but if he had been treated correctly in the first place & gone to a decent vets I feel he would still be here now... Avoid them..

Over £730 for x-ray to be told can't find anything even though he has a big lump near his chest and limping! Asked for more money too on pick up, never again!
