What a lovely bunch of people at South Shields Blythmans. From the receptionist to the veterinary and the nurses. All kind to our Bertie who saw Nurse today. He is now tat free and happy. Bertie was so calm because of the kindness and peaceful environment. Thank you Blythmans. X

We cannot praise Blythman and partners highly enough. The care that our young Border Collie Max has received is excellent. All the staff have time for us and are always there for help and guidance and our Max loves to visit the surgery where the staff all fuss him. Thank You

Absolutely exctatic . Lost for words. Thank you for saving my " Honey " precious cat. I need to add today my Chihuahua Pucu come back home. We thought we're going to lose him. He had a heart failure. In Tyne Dock branch there's a wonderful , very gifted young veterinary. She was absolutely wonderful. Magda was brilliant absolutely knowledgeable spot on. Whyaye good job with my cat and she did miracles as well.

Excellent communication and treatment from the really competent and lovely vet, Magda. She gave a clear outline of the surgery (and risks) our little boy, Darcy needed. Estimated costs provided too. We also got his anal gland infection treated (apologies for the aroma!). Such a relief to feel the vet, Magda, cared as much as us about Darcy. Got the surgery booked in straight away. Felt reassured and that we were doing the best for our little old fella. The vet, like us, had his well-being and quality of life at the heart of everything. Thank you so much. We will be back next Wednesday to bring Darcy for his surgery and pray all will go well.

We have always received a friendly and professional service from all members of the Blythman teams at both the South Shields and Gosforth sites. Everyone is helpful and caring and demonstrate a genuine desire to help our pets to get well again.

My hamster was brought here in a panic by my dad after she got cut deeply by a cat, and when my dad took her there, he had no cash on him and they demanded 50 quid to even look at my furry baby. She ended up dying that day, we just needed her looked at and treated💔 don't go here unless you don't care about your pet.

Fantastic vets. Would not go anywhere else. We have 5 dogs and each one literally drags us through the door, they love going ! Friendly staff always full of advice and they will fit you in when needed. Highly recommend. Their wellness plan is fantastic too

Great staff at the shields branch, my dog used to shake whilst sat waiting in the vets but is a totally different dog now due to him getting fussed over. Would definitely recommend 👌
