My dogs have even comfortable since birth/rescue with these folks, I have a deerhound and a lurcher Cross.

Not cheap but then again how many vets are ? Nice staff and good with our pooches.

Had Narla in for her booster jab. Vets are great with her, very friendly and calming. She does hate their lift though. Lol The shop staff are fantastic with her. Loads of loves and treats.

Reception staff could not have been more unhelpful if they tried when I queried puppy registering. Didn't explain the health care plan until I asked, didn't mention they do not offer free first 4 week insurance until I questioned this - it seems standard in other Vets for pets surgeries. Then they said they can only register me once seen by the vet but didn't have an appointment in almost a month. On top of that, they were just judgemental and everything I asked was a difficulty to explain or offer assistance in any way. Complete opposite from staff at Vets for pets on Prince Edwards street who were more than ready to explain how everything works and offer assistance.

The staff here are so lovely. Vet I saw with Mollie today is super good. Very caring and professional. Always spot on advice. I travel from Rowlands Gill to this veterinary practice as the service Mollie receives is so good. Thankyou ( apologies as I did not get vets name ) Alison and Mollie
