Great vets, friendly, helpful and caring and will do their best to keep your bill down. Above all, they really do care about the animals, I can truly say that we would be lost without them.

Fantastic levels of care and service. I live and breathe for my dogs and I'm a worrier. My senior boy went in for a minor dental op but his pre-op bloods showed that he has kidney disease, which raised questions about his care and future treatment. The communication was impeccable, the explanations honest and clear and I was fully supported and updated regularly during his surgery and recovery. A very personal and kind service all round from Raymond and the nursing and admin team; I have no qualms at all about having this vet continue to look after my boys.

We took our 4 month old puppy for vaccinations. He had an accident in reception but staff were really accommodating and made a fuss of him. I needed a letter from the vet for some paperwork and all done in a very friendly and professional way. We have used Ayres for 20 years now. Top class.

Sadly had my 13 year old Labrador put to sleep on Sunday at Ayres. I was given all options but sadly only one outcome. Very respectful and caring treatment given by receptionist and Vet. Thank you to all staff for the caring and professional treatment you have given my dogs over many years.

Ayres is one of the best vets i have ever been to. Have taken fantastic care of my dogs Lexi and Sky over the years all the staff are so lovely, and its peace of mind when you have to leave your pets in there care you know they will be well looked after by loving staff.

Wonderful experience at Ayres. We needed an emergency fill of my dog’s quarterly medicine, and we have just moved into the area. The surgery is so clean and spacious, reception staff very friendly. Paula, the vet, was so lovely, made my dog feel comfortable even though he hated being there. She was able to get the same meds we always use and we were on our way pretty quickly.
