Irene, Sarah and the team offer outstanding care and service- to the point that we don't use our "day to day" vets, and drive over 100miles to see them when we know it's something serious. We have total faith in them to treat our dogs well and sensibly. Obviously, our dogs' health is of paramount importance to us, but whereas with other vets we feel that that has been taken advantage of and there is a tendency to hear hoofbeats and think zebras, rather than horses. With Irene and her team, the combination of pragmatism and care means you know that everything that needs to be done, is, but the things that don't need to be done, aren't.

Taken care of my house bunnies and now my Labradors. Always give practical advice and care and the staff are quick to greet your little or big fur babies and are genuinely interested in progress and the wellbeing of your pet. Very happy with the counter staff and the professional knowledge, conduct and manner of the veterinary professionals, very happy to recommend them. Update: They've looked after my house bunnies, four labs and my Maine Coon cat, through the mundane and the very sad times and have continued to provide a great service. Update. Still taking care of my charges, whether a sore paw or annual check up and service, generally use the day clinic but I have had need to call their out of hours service, which was quite quick to respond. Comparing notes with friends and neighbours, their charges still seem to be in line with the industry

We've been grateful over many years for the care that has been shown to all of our animals. Irene has also been extremely supportive to us personally. I would always recommend this centre to everyone.

Very friendly staff, so helpful and reassuring to both pets and humans. Very clean place, I highly recommend this practice for all pet owners. I cannot thank them enough for the help, knowledge and kindness they have shown me and my fur babies. They always follow up with you and offer treats to pets after treatment and consultation. Amazing. Thank you!
