The practice is open from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays. The veterinary practice is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

The practice is staffed by a team of dedicated veterinary surgeons and nurses, all of whom are committed to providing the highest standard of care to their patients. The veterinary surgeons are qualified to the highest level, with all holding either BVSc MRCVS or MSc MRCVS qualifications. The veterinary nurses are also highly qualified, with all holding RVN qualifications.
