A really personal and professional service as is the norm at Cater’s. A warm welcome and smiles greeted us on arrival. We saw a “new” (to us) vet who was extremely thorough with her consultation and explained the medication and next steps clearly. An excellent service from people who care.

Ziva, is an extremely happy, busy, friendly and vocal little dog. She is always welcomed by the staff and they are really good with her even though she does like to shout at them. I am very happy with the care and attention that she gets from the Cater staff in Llandudno

Excellent practice. Calm and reassuring vet who offered plenty of advice and was so patient with an unwell but still active Labrador. Reception staff welcoming and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I know my dog is in good hands.

Excellent care with all my cats. Thorough examinations, they explain every step and give multiple choices. They try to be reasonable to what I can afford and always go above and beyond. I cannot recommend them enough.

From what was one of the worst days of my life loosing my fur baby I will always beable to take comfort in the fact it was done with dignity,compassion and such a caring team. I would like to make a special mention to Lauren who was just absolutely outstanding and her caring nature towards lottie,myself and daughter was just unique. We were given as much time as we wanted with lottie before and after and at no point did I feel we were being rushed. We were given keyrings with lotties fur in (free of charge) and also had paw prints done in a beautiful presentation box (£28.00). Also the aftercare I have recieved has been amazing, we recieved a beautiful card and some forget me not seeds to plant in memory and upon receiving a call for billing, again the care that was shown was just brilliant. Thank you Lauren and all at Caters Vets Llandudno.

Brilliant friendly practice, really helpful and reassuring. Just what you need when you are visiting on holiday and your dog suddenly needs a doc. They even contacted the home vet (with permissions etc) to access the notes, very thorough and proffessional. I'd be signing up here if I lived local.
