Taking my pooch to Celyn in Abergele is never stressful. From the wonderful greeting our dog receives from the receptionist, to the welcome from the nurse, we are never let down. Thank you, this makes our lives so much easier.

What wonderful, caring staff. I sadly had to have my wonderful companion dog Buddy put peacefully to sleep, and it was just that "peacefully" they listen to me through my crying and guided me through the procedure.I can't thank them enough for how compasionate they were and the wonderful card of condolance I received later💙

Although we were not regular users of Celyn Vets the service we received was throughout very considerate. The receptionist who was our first point of contact was clearly devoted to animals and made every effort to give us an earlier appointment to the one we had arranged online. Sadly we had to put our cat Hobbit to sleep and the vet (sorry didn't get names on the day) dealt with us in just the right manner under the circumstances, professional but with just the right amount of sympathy to help us through the decision.
