Whenever we’ve brought our pets to Claremont Vets, the experience has been nothing short of outstanding. The entire team shows such genuine care for our animals. We’ve personally seen Alex and Sara, who are wonderful, but honestly, the entire staff—including the lovely reception team—is fantastic. Managing four dogs, including one with a disability and a twelve-year-old senior, can be a challenge, but the team is always so patient and accommodating. They consistently go above and beyond to fit us in whenever we need them. We couldn’t ask for better care!

Siobhan the vet was really kind and compassionate with our cat, putting her at ease. She was thorough with checking her over and the treatment given was effective. She didn't try and make us pay for anything unnecessary. Thanks for being so caring and sorting her out 😊

Excellent practice. Welcoming friendly receptionists, clean and calm waiting area with separate areas for cats and dogs. The vet Alex who saw my cat was lovely, very kind, and explained things well. Very happy!

We had our 6-month old miniature lop-earred bunny neutered. I was a bit nervous but the staff explained the process really well and we're very reassuring. We took all his food and bedding from home and he was home the same day with no problems at all. We're very grateful for the care and kindness to our bunny and ourselves. Thank you .

Many thanks, once again, to the very professional and caring service provided by the practice. Nurse Becky was very thorough and took time to explain what she was doing, putting both me and my dog at ease. Thanks also to the reception team who helped with a medication query.

The lovely Becky spent some time getting to know my nervous dog Luna at our Pet Club health check . She was very sensitive to Luna's moods and got to know her a bit better for next time we have to visit.

Alex the vet was excellent - he spent a lot of time with our greyhound and made him feel very comfortable prior to his injection. The reception area is very spacious, and good-size car park. All the staff are always friendly.
