Went in for my 1st yearly check up and booster with my golden retriever and all I can say is wow!! The vet was amazing with my girl and the amount of useful information I was provided with regarding breed specifics was incredible. I visit regularly to collect meds for another of my dogs, so I feel like I’m virtually on first name terms with the lovely lady on reception. Cannot rate the practice and the staff enough!!!!

I absolutely love this vet practice. Having been with my previous vet for over fifteen years it took a lot for me to move but I couldn’t be happier. This is a truly independent practice (not a common thing now) and the community they have created through information evenings, photos of the dogs on the Christmas tree baubles, the app that makes asking questions so easy and now a video service to give 24/7 access free of charge! The team is fantastically friendly and the vets and vet nurses are brilliant - don’t even get me started on the reception team, super responsive and couldn’t be lovelier. My dogs and I are very happy indeed (perhaps that came across)

Great team! So friendly and welcoming to dogs and humans. The personal touch we moved for. It’s so nice to know you will be seeing the same vets. I appreciated it even if Isla didn’t!

My nervous dog was treated by Ernie. She was amazing and took lots of time with him just stroking him and talking to him. He then had his vaccination and didn’t flinch. Well done, hope to see you again

Lovely independent vet. They are great with our nervous dog and elderly cat. I trust their advice. Parking is much easier here than at Clarendon street and there is more space inside too. We use both branches depending on availability. Both are excellent but this is definitely my favourite for the dog because it is more relaxed.

I’m always so relieved and happy to go there. I know the welcome and the quality of listening will be excellent every single time. It’s easy to get an appointment, even in urgent situations. Dr Patrick is incredibly clear and thorough in his explanations, and very empathetic. He takes the time to make sure you truly understand what’s going on. My dog is absolutely terrified of him; although I honestly don’t know why, because he is a wonderful veterinarian. They will always propose you what they think is the best for your companion. You can go there with complete confidence.

Although we were only at the vet’s for a dental check, Harriet took time to offer reassurance and advice on such diverse topics as claw length, brand of food and hyper stimulation. She also checked in to see that I was being supported and encouraged as a new ‘dog mum’. The receptionist was very welcoming to my large exuberant puppy and clearly knew how to handle dogs.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this practice. We changed vets after wanting an independent practice, and one closer to where we live. The practice itself is lovely, and the staff are second to none. The reception staff are just brilliant, polite, welcoming and helpful! We have seen a few different vets but again all of them have been amazing. You actually feel listened to and they genuinely want to help you and your pet. Our dog doesn't travel well in the car so Harriet gave some treatment options we could train for at home so we don't have to keep taking her there! We have never felt they were recommending a treatment just for the sake of making money, which sadly we have felt at other chain practices. The pricing is also extremely reasonable and much cheaper than all the chain vets around. They will always go out of their way to help, squeeze you in for an emergancy, get medication ready quickly or just arrange a call with a vet if you are unsure of anything. We are so grateful they opened the Stapleford practice, we wish we had moved to them years ago and will certainly now continue with them.
