They are prompt and polite with several branches to go to, we have the monthly payment, which means we can go to see a vet, whenever we are worried. When I was there, there was a very nervous dog and they went above and beyond to accommodate him, 5 star service

They cost me thousands. They saw my dog 7 times over 18 months, and we were passed from vet to vet. After hundreds, if not thousands, spent (I don't want to think about the actual number), on the last visit, they decided (long story short) she has an ongoing condition that she had for "years". The insurance claim was messed up by them, despite us putting down exactly what the vet told us to put down they back tracked on it and changed their story. Their mess up has cost me thousands; I stopped counting after £3000. The notes they took don't support their current version of events, and they refuse to rectify the matter. In their current version of events, they missed the condition on 6 different appointments. We have moved vets and are shocked to find out how much less the treatments cost when you go elsewhere. We are currently debating whether to take legal action as a result of their incompetence

On Wednesday morning lastweek our dog was hit by a car and as he is registered with The Village Vet in Whittlesford and is close by I rushed him there. I ran in and told them what happened and the receptionist rushed to get the nurses to come get him. The receptionist offered us tea and coffee and was very kind and compassionate. The vetinary staff checked my dog over and made him comfortable with pain relief and once he was stable we were able to see him. They kept us updated and he was later referred to a specialist clinic for surgery. They were just amazing and made me feel confident he was being well cared for and was safe. I cannot thank them all enough. My dog Chester has now had his surgery and on the road to recovery. Fantastic staff all round x

Always a fantastic service. Adrian is a dental specialist and has really helped get my cat back on track, and hopefully living a long and happy life. Village vets always try to help... even when you turn up for an appointment a week early, they managed to fit us in!

Natasha Cairns saw our lovely boy Sparky this morning who was very unwell and helped us so much with deciding what was best for his care. She was very reassuring when we were distressed and explained everything needed to know clearly and with so much respect. We are very grateful that she helped us send Sparky off with such dignity, love and care. Thank you ❤️
