Wouldn't really recommend this vets in any respect, our dog has thyroid problems and they did a blood test to see if her medication was the correct level, they told us to up it and then prescribed 6 months worth of medication without re-checking her thyroid levels periodically, we have taken our dog to a new vets and her thyroid levels are through the roof and have therefore caused a myriad of other problems. It genuinely just feels like Donnachie & Townley do not actually care about your pets or their wellbeing, they just want your money and want you to keep going back - they don't try to get to the root cause of any issues, they just give you a temporary solution and expect you to keep going back where they charge you £60 for a consultation and then tell you to do the exact same thing again. The vets often look at you like they don't know what to tell you when you ask them questions and don't seem to listen to what you're actually telling them about your pet either, appear clueless and don't give you much faith that they actually know what they're doing. There are much cheaper and more caring veterinary practices available in the Stafford area.

Best Vets we,ve ever had. Due to moving, this is our 3rd Vets and the very first ones , that it feels like they actually care for the animals, and prioritise that. My previous Vets were like salesmen on commission, trying to sell you anything, regardless if your animal needed it, or not. 5☆+ for Donnachie and Townley. We won't be going anywhere else. Plus they're reasonably priced. Whats not to live Als

Carmen Ruiz-Olmedo was amazing with my cat Millie. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything in plain language, and treated my cat so gently. I really appreciated how thorough the exam was and how she gave me practical advice without pressuring me into unnecessary treatments. You can tell they genuinely care about both pets and their owners. My cat left calm and happy (and even purred during part of the visit!). I feel confident knowing my furry friend is in such good hands. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable veterinary care

My sweet rabbit Persephone came in for a nail trim and a checkup today, and she was very stressed. She's usually brave enough for her appointments, but today she said NO to leaving her carrier. The staff took her in to the back room to make sure she was comfortable to complete her trim and checkup. They took extra time and care to make sure she was comfortable, and I am so so appreciative for the extra care taken to make sure she was okay. I highly recommend them!

They have always taken such good care of our pup ♡ (@lulu_tallula) 🐾 Very thankful for their knowledge and compassion. They have dog biscuits & water available. They have a large walk on set of scales that is very useful of you want to quickly check your pets weight. 🐾 We will continue to use this veterinary center and would definitely recommend ♡

Today we had to goodbye to this fabulous boy , 20+ and sassy to the end. Old age and general health that comes with age over the last 3 days made it impossible for him to stay. With the biggest bowl of whipped cream ( he had stopped eating) we let him go, the time and understanding the whole team was incredible, i must give a special thank you to Andrew the Vet who's just such special person, his kind word and time will stay with us always . Thank you team
