I cannot recommend Donnachie & Townley enough. They have always gone above and beyond for my cat. Over the weekend, I also found a kitten in my garden who was less than one week old, and without hesitation they offered to check her over. They have since been looking after her. I can’t speak highly enough of them. :)

So happy with D & T. Regular texts & email reminders for flea & wormers, really helps with my memory! A recent trip was more serious than we first thought so booked appointment with nurse Helena, however she quickly referred us to the Vet who diagnosed and provided necessary medicines to help our boy.

Cannot praise these vets enough, so caring and understanding. Always been treated with respect. The team are so professional from reception to the vets doing the surgery. My dog has recently gone through surgery on the removal of cysts. Everything so professional and Roxy recovering well

Delighted with my experience at D&T vets. I’d had a few negative experiences at my previous vets (not here to name and shame, but I’d lost complete trust) and decided to move over after a couple of recommendations from friends. Honestly the best thing I could’ve done for my cats. The premises is excellent, the reception staff lovely and welcoming and the vets have a superb energy about them! You can tell they truly love their job and take so much care. No rushing, open, transparent and genuinely want to make sure they answer all your questions and concerns, all whilst doing what’s best for your pet. It’s really lovely to be able to trust a practice with my little loves again (thank you!)

What can I say, I’ve never experienced anything better than what I did today. From reception, the vets, service and price. I couldn’t have dreamed for better if I tried. My youngest cat has CH, previous vets had expressed every single time for him to be put to sleep, I went today looking for a second opinion and wasn’t very hopeful. But I couldn’t have been more wrong, putting Reggie to sleep wasn’t even a mention. The vet took her time, was kind, caring, treated him so wonderfully. I cannot even express how much I’d recommend them, I’ve just moved my other two cats to join. Even if you need to travel, I visited the Stafford branch and I couldn’t sing their praises louder. After 8 months of worry, my feline family of 3 is complete without worry and it’s all thanks to these guys. Thank you so much. Reggie wouldn’t even be alive today if it wasn’t for this wonderful, outstanding vets.
