Straiton Vets - Rugeley

Wonderful 🐕‍🦺 service have been coming for year's very good vets

Can’t fault service, bedside manner & communication of all staff at the Rugeley practice. Never had anything other than exceptional service during the last five years. Whole heartedly recommend.

Very proffesional and welcoming showing care and compassion to my pet and myself

Well what can you say about Straiton & Partners Rugeley, in a couple of words a top vet but if you what to know why i think there a top vets 100% read on.Lets start with probably after the health and well-being of are pets it's the cost of procedures and there not cheap so checked the internet and going old school calling people with a phone shocker ay LOL, anyway you put it after phoning round and getting quotes from £300 to £400 range vets4pets and Straiton's were cheaper than the rest but then.Straiton's cost even less by £50 to £60 pounds they were the winner, But the friendly and helpful staff on the phone at both place's, Then the face to face interactions was even better and talking over the putting my mind right at ease with there abilities as you get to talk to the vet thats doing the operation and ask them the the questions let niggle at the back of your mind when you can get to see the people that are taking care of your loved member of the family for most there are children, Straiton's are more like all creatures great and small you get treated like your talking to a friend and they will explain what they are doing to you professionally and that peace of mind that you can or could buy for yourself or for your children and not thinking what happen's when your not able to see them and how your pets been treated the way there happy to see a vet or go inside a place it doesn't mater how helpful staff are if you know there afraid of going inside or being left there somethings not right ???

Caring and very helpful. Got us a quick emergency appt at there other branch on the same day.

Our little Belle is an elderly Lakeland terrier & extremely nervous, the vet was very caring, even to the point of collecting her from our car for her treatment, very long toe nails & a booster injection

Always awesome! Brilliant with our lab, Dexter. So pleased we found them after a poor experience with another vet in Stafford.

Very impressed as always the care you gave Archie our retriever. Excellent advise also given and you spent time with him, brilliant service, regards Helen Dave Toney
