Charter Veterinary Surgeons – Newcastle Surgery

Very nice welcoming as i was through to reception very polite & professional. The woman was very good at her job she did everything right without any issues and was very friendly i was very happy with my visit.

We moved to Charter from White Cross as they have much more availability for appointments, and are open Saturdays and later which is great for pet owners as can always get an appointment that suits. They are amazing with our dog, he was castrated here and everything went well. They are great with me as our dog has had a previous major injury & surgery and I get very anxious about leaving him but never had an issue. They also do a pet plan so you can get free nail trims, worming/flea treatments for a set price but I think it varies on price. All the staff are friendly and understanding.

I highly recommend Charter Vets. All the team (vets, nurses and receptionists) are very professional and caring towards the pets but also friendly and supportive of the owners too. Time is taken to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel you can give the best care to your pets. Thank you. 🐾💙

Molly had a seizure in the vets yesterday. The staff were unbelievable! So professional, they took control in every way. Molly was their first concern, and then they turned their attention to myself and my partner. We cannot thank them enough, didn’t even want us to settle the bill, just ring us when you’re ready they said! We have been with the practice for over thirty years and highly recommend them.

A great team at Newcastle, they take excellent care, they are kind, obviously love animals plus really clear on pricing and very thorough.

It was a very snowy day and we arrived late for our appointment. Isabel still saw us and was very thorough in Logan’s checkup and vaccinations. His needed medication was also sorted at the same time. We cannot fault the service and thanks to Jane for her understanding.
