The reception staff are so rude, I rang up with an enquiry and firstly they said my dog wasn’t on their books but she’s had her vaccinations there, I’ve got the book & stickers to prove this. They were so unhelpful and quite frankly rude. I then rang another vet in the area who couldn’t help me enough. If it was possible I wouldn’t have left one star. If they can be like this on the phone it makes you wonder how they would treat a defenceless animal. I’m not one for writing reviews but people need to know. The reception team are first contact but I think some training is required here.

Staff were really friendly and kept us at ease, one of our lovely little lovebirds named georgie had a bit of a problem with her sinuses and needed to be cleaned out. A very genuine lovely bloke known as Clive Curry prescribed her some baytril antibiotic spray until her op day. Just using the spray alone did do her wonders and could definitely see some improvements. We took our little georgie up to the tunstall veterinary where Clive carried out the flush, it was only a few hours until we were notified the flush was completed and georgie made a quick swift recovery. Everyone at the team are brilliant we can’t thank you all enough 😊👍🏻

We are incredibly grateful to the whole team for the love, compassion, and professionalism they showed while caring for our beloved cat Hung Dao. Throughout such a difficult time, every member of staff treated both our pet and us with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. Although we sadly lost our cat in the end, we truly felt that everything possible was done to help and comfort him. Their dedication, empathy, and support meant more to us than words can express. Thank you for caring not only for animals, but also for the people who love them so deeply.

Our dog crossed over the rainbow bridge this morning and I cannot praise the vets more. They were empathetic and understanding, they made a difficult process easier to handle. They visited our house and really respected him in his final moments. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you from all of us ❤️🩵💚💛🧡

I am truly grateful to the team at Willow Vets for saving my cat Suzie’s life. She was in a critical condition when we brought her in and immediately received life-saving surgery. The vets and nurses were so kind, patient and caring throughout the whole process. They kept me well informed and I knew my cat was in the very best hands. Today she is home recovering – and that is only thanks to them. They are absolute angels, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Willow Vets to every pet owner!

Had my first experience today with Willow Vets, unfortunately it was to say goodbye to my best friend of 14 years ❤️ Peter was fantastic and definitely was very empathetic and understanding of the situation. My puppy is coming for vaccines in a couple weeks so I know he is in great hands.
