I would give zero stars if I could. I adopted a rescue about 8 months ago. Registered her with them, and took her in for a check up. When I got there, the vet basically asked me what I wanted, what I was going there. I had to explain to him that I'd booked her in for a check up, and I wanted him to do the regular checks, teeth, heart rate, weight, etc. He seemed clueless. I also warned him that owing to being a rescue she was incredibly skittish, and to take it slow with her. The guy didn't listen at all and terrified her so much she bolted and scratched me in the process. Conversely, when I took her to white cross vets, the veterinarian actually listened to me, and took it incredibly slow with her. She even let her pick her up, which ive not been able to do at all yet. Back to vets4pets, I asked about testing for FIV, obviously as she was a rescue, and I have another cat I was cautious about integrating her with. He spouted off some bullsh about how it would cost £400. I later found out that you can do SNAP testing for FIV and other diseases for a much lower cost - he clearly hadn't done his homework, and wasn't able to advise me very well. Lastly, I mentioned that she had been chipped by the shelter, and explained that I wanted to get the chip details updated as I was her new care taker. The guy straight up looked me in the eye and told me that I should try to find her previous owners before doing that. Like B?! I just told you she was a street car from a rescue. She was only 7 months old when I adopted her! The guy just didn't listen at all, seemed out of it, and probably high. And what's more is I was charged £60ish for the inconvenience. Fast forward to one month ago, I registered her at white cross who are way more professional, and only charge £25 for check ups. I would highly recommend, that if you love your pets, avoid this place like the plague.

If i could leave less that one star I would. Absolutely shocking service. They dont answer the phone and the receptionists are very misrable when you arrive for your appointment. Theres no communication about your pet or price. Do yourself a favour and travel a little further to longton pets at home, lovely atmosphere and very polite staff and guess what they answer the phone.

Paul at Vets4Pets is an absolute gentleman. Care, compassion and thorough knowledge. Knew all the finer details relating to condition before we even got into the room - talked through every part of his examination and gave us confidence with our Cat following a Life Threatening Injury. We always have a great experience here at V4P/PAH but with Paul (2 or 3 times now), its at another level entirely. A priceless asset to the business, customers but most importantly your Pet ❤️ 🐱

My cat had been hit by a car and fractured his pelvis. All staff encountered were caring and sympathetic. The vet was fantastic, I knew my boy was in very safe hands. Forever grateful for the care Salem received and will continue to receive as he recovers. We are extremely lucky to still have him and I owe that to the Stoke team. Thank you I have added a picture of Salem taken 48 hours post accident. Performing acrobatics whilst on strict cage rest. I am so proud!

All the staff at Vets for Pets Festival Park ... reception staff, nurses and vets all went above and beyond to take care of Margo, her two pups, one delivered naturally and one by c-section and also myself and husband in what was a very stressful day for us all, but it resulted in an amazing outcome ... Margo and her pups are doing amazing and its all thanks to the whole team ... we are forever grateful to you all 😊
