I cannot thank this vets practice enough for seeing our 14 year old dog so quickly after he suffered a huge seizure in Trentham Gardens,we were 35 miles away from home. We phoned the practice and Daniel talked us through what to do and we managed to get our dog back to the car and make our way there where we were seen by Daniel as soon as we arrived. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The service we received was excellent and helped to calm and reassure us at the most worrying time.Thankfully our dog is ok now and doing well.

Well I can honestly say I wouldn’t recommend this vet surgery to anyone after my most recent experience, I took my dog to see the main vet, and described his symptoms, and the vet was very dismissive, even when I made the suggestion about his condition possibly being related to his kidneys, and because he was on a heart medication that could cause kidney damage, he dismissed me without even feeling his body or suggesting any sort of blood test…..I was given antibiotics and sent on my way…. A day a half later I had to rush my baby to the emergency vets because he was even worse and clearly in pain, they immediately suggested a blood test, which showed late stage kidney failure… the toxins were that high in his blood that there was not much they could do, we had to make the awful decision to let him go…. I’m so angry that a blood test wasn’t suggested when we brought him here, it could have saved him a couple of days of unnecessary pain….this used to be a brilliant vets, but since the older vet left it’s definitely not great….They need to get rid of the lead vet at this particular branch, because he comes across as extremely cold, uncaring and very dismissive…… awful….. I would not recommend this practice….

Got an invitation for my cats free mobile test, so book online, really easy to do. Got there a little as always, did not have to wait long. Went in the vet was lovely and gentle checking her legs and telling me what to look for. Quick and easy.

Very friendly staff. It's clear that the vet read my note before our appointment and was able to provide the information I needed. He checked out my cat and gave me advice on how to manage his weight. I asked for a regular checkup and was offered the annual vaccination for £25 extra, instead of having to pay £50 for the checkup plus £75 for the vaccine. They also helped me find out my cat's chip number and were overall really friendly.
